For Treatment Facilities

Bringing Wellness to Your Recovery Community

Grounding in Recovery partners with substance use disorder treatment facilities and residential recovery programs to offer mobile sound bath sessions as a complementary wellness experience for the people in your program.

Sound bath meditation healing session in a recovery facility

Recovery programs are built on structure, support, and the belief that healing is possible. The people in your program are doing some of the hardest work of their lives — and they deserve access to moments of stillness, peace, and genuine care.

Grounding in Recovery was created specifically for this environment. Sessions are not generic wellness programming repurposed for recovery — they are designed from the ground up with the recovery community in mind, facilitated by someone who understands what that means.

Sound bath sessions complement your existing programming without disrupting it. They require no prior experience, no particular belief system, and no preparation from participants. They simply offer an opportunity to pause, breathe, and be present.

Mobile Sessions

We Come to You

Every session is fully mobile. Grounding in Recovery brings all necessary equipment — crystal singing bowls, facilitation materials, and everything needed to create a calm, welcoming environment — directly to your facility.

There is no need for participants to arrange transportation or leave your program's location. Sessions are designed to fit within your existing schedule and space, with minimal setup and no disruption to your program's flow.

We serve treatment facilities and residential recovery programs in the Antelope Valley and surrounding Southern California areas.

Group Experience

Designed for Groups in Recovery

Sound bath sessions are group experiences by nature. Participants rest together in the same space, sharing the experience of stillness and sound — which can itself be a meaningful part of the recovery journey.

Sessions are welcoming and inclusive regardless of background, belief system, or prior experience with wellness practices. There is nothing to believe in and nothing to perform. Participants are simply invited to rest, breathe, and be present.

Accessible to Everyone

No prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or wellness practices is required. Sessions are designed to be welcoming to individuals with a wide range of backgrounds and comfort levels.

Inclusive and Non-Denominational

Sessions do not require any particular belief system or spiritual orientation. The experience is grounded in rest, presence, and sound — open to everyone.

Flexible Group Sizes

Sessions can accommodate a range of group sizes. Reach out to discuss what works best for your program's schedule and space.

Complementary to Existing Programming

Sound bath sessions are designed to fit alongside your existing recovery programming — not to replace or compete with clinical care, therapy, or other evidence-based treatment.

What to Expect

A sound bath is a guided wellness experience in which participants rest comfortably while crystal singing bowls are played around them. The resonant tones create an environment of stillness and presence — an opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be.

Sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or wellness practices. There is nothing to believe in and nothing to perform. Participants are simply invited to rest and receive.

All sessions are mobile and come directly to your facility. Grounding in Recovery brings everything needed — crystal singing bowls, guided meditation, and compassionate facilitation — so your program can offer this complementary wellness experience without any additional logistics.
